Fantastic all-in-one color for family or home use! We have been using it for 8 months and all the functions we used were perfect (do not use wireless or fax). Other: we paid less than 1500 in January 2017 and I am not sure we would have chosen this Same option at the new price (showing over $ 2,000 now). This thing is a workhorse. I definitely put it through massive print jobs and it doesn’t skip a beat. I just ordered a second after having had the last one for almost a year. Yes, the toner should be cheaper, but if not, the printer works well for scanning, printing, copying, and faxing. Not much to complain about, but I guess the other reviewers had a bad one or I was lucky and had an excellent one. Overall, it’s just a fabulous printer.
